I may be late to the game on this one but I have a new favorite spinach dip and it’s crazy easy to throw together!! A coworker brought this to our office potluck and I literally couldn’t stop eating it. I asked her for the recipe and imagine my surprise when she told me it was on the back of the Knorr vegetable recipe mix packet! Where has this Knorr’s Spinach Dip been all my life?!?!
This dip is simple to put together but so full of flavor. Don’t skip the water chestnuts and green onions. They add a fantastic crunch and take it way over the top!! I love to serve with a baguette that has been sliced, drizzled with oil and broiled until just browned, but it’s great with tortilla chips too.

- 16oz sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
