I have to be absolutely honest, apples are not my favorite fruit to just eat by themselves, but the first time I tried them with this delicious and easy brown sugar toffee apple dip, I could have eaten the whole tray of them myself. This recipe is quick and simple, but oooooohhhh so good so you can whip it up and serve any time at all. The fun addition to this dip is the Heath toffee bits. You can use the plain or the chocolate covered. They are both delicious in this!
To have apple slices ready to go, mix together 1 Tbsp lemon juice with 1/4 cup cold water, then slice your apples and toss them in the lemon juice mixture. Drain, pat dry with a paper towel and then store in a storage bag in the refrigerator! You can grab your pre-sliced apples and dip any time you want a quick snack!
