12ozchocolate chips(I prefer semi-sweet, but you can use milk chocolate too)
1/4cupheavy cream
1tsprum or brandy extract
1/2cupwarm caramel ice-cream topping
1/4cupchopped pecans
Instructions
Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in double boiler or in the microwave in a glass bowl (or other microwave safe) in 30 second intervals. (Heat, stir, heat, stir, until it is melted.)
Pour chocolate mixture in to the fondue pot, mix in the extract, swirl in the warm caramel ice-cream topping, sprinkle on the nuts, and get to dipping.
