Amazing 5-minute Avocado Crema

not miracle whip

sour cream

fresh avocado
(about half an avocado)

Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dressing mix
(1 envelope or measure from large container.)

Tbsp
freshly chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 small lime
(about 2 Tbsp)

Instructions
In a blender, combine the mayo, sour cream, milk, avocado, dry ranch dressing mix, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down between as needed. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve, at least an hour or two!
Notes
A couple of tips for this recipe:
I like to mix the sauce early and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour or two to let the flavors develop and meld together.
If you want to turn this crema into a dressing, just add some extra milk until the desired consistency!
Store the sauce in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days. It doesn't turn an icky color green thanks to the lime juice!
