Ingredients
16ozpackage of bacon(I like the thick cut)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. (I like to line with foil THEN parchment to ensure easy clean up.)
Place the strips of bacon on the parchment paper, leaving just a little space between each piece.
Cook the bacon for 15-20 minutes, depending on how thick it is and how crispy you like it. (I always start checking at 10-12 if my bacon slices are thinner.)
Remove the tray from the oven and use tongs to place the bacon on paper towel lined plates to cool. (The bacon will continue to crisp as it cools.)
