Knorr's Creamy Spinach Dip
Easy Knorr's Spinach Dip is just 6 ingredients for a delicious creamy spinach dip with water chestnuts and green onions for crunch! A delicious vegetable dip!
Ingredients
- 10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg Knorr vegetable recipe mix
- 8oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
- 3 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a large bowl and chill 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve with crusty bread, tortilla chips or veggies!! (I like to slice a baguette, drizzle with a little olive oil and broil for just a minute or two until lightly browned)
