Ingredients

  • 8 oz bacon, cooked up nice and crisp and chopped in to small pieces
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dry ranch dressing mix (I use Hidden Valley Ranch)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 dashes hot sauce
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Cook your bacon first – let it get nice and crisp, then drain off all the fat and put the pieces on a paper towel to cool while you mix up the other ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the sour cream, mayo, cheese, dry ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, dry mustard powder, black pepper, hot sauce, green onions and parsley and combine well.
  • Once the bacon is cool, add it to the dip and stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate dip at least an hour before serving it.

Notes

Serve with Chicken in a Biskit crackers, other crackers, tortilla chips, or crusty bread!
