3-4
lb
beef roast
(I like rump but will use whatever I have on hand)
40
oz
beef broth
1
Tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1
tbsp
minced garlic
4
Tbsp
dry beefy onion soup mix
1
tsp
dried oregano
Instructions
Mix the Worcestershire sauce in to the beef broth.
Place the roast in the slow cooker and pour the beef broth mixture around it.
Rub the garlic in to the top of the roast.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix and oregano on top and cook in your slow cooker for 8 hours on low.
When the roast is fork tender, pull apart with two forks and serve in crusty rolls. Serve the au jus on the side to dip the sandwiches in.
Notes
I serve on crusty rolls with dijon mustard, shredded cheese (I love gruyere) and caramelized onions!
