Easy Fudgy S'mores Brownie Bake
Warm, gooey, and ready in 30 minutes! This Fudgy S’mores Brownie Bake layers brownies, toasted marshmallows, graham crackers, and melty chocolate.

- 1 box fudge brownie mix (I used the 20z Hershey's Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix)
- Ingredients needed to prepare the brownie mix (eggs and oil)
- 1 10 oz bag large marshmallows (You won't use all of them)
- 1 large chocolate bar I used an XL Symphony Bar with toffee bits
- 8 graham crackers
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a pie pan or 9‑inch cake pan with nonstick spray.
In a mixing bowl, prepare brownie batter per package directions and scrape into the prepared pan.
Bake 20–22 minutes, until a wooden pick comes out with moist crumbs.
Switch oven to broil.
Cover the brownie with large marshmallows and broil 1½–2 minutes, until golden and puffy. Keep the door cracked and watch closely so they don't burn.
Crush half the graham crackers and sprinkle over the marshmallows. Break the rest into pieces and press into the top.
Cut the chocolate bar into chunks and nestle into the warm marshmallows.
Serve immediately while warm and gooey.
Variations
- Peppermint S’mores Brownie Bake — add crushed candy canes.
- Extra‑Chocolatey — drizzle hot fudge over the top before serving.
- Salted S’mores — finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Nutty Crunch — add chopped pecans or walnuts.
