Preheat oven to 400 and line a large baking sheet with foil.
Place the pork chops on one half of the prepared baking sheet.
Wash your potatoes and pat dry. If they are larger in size, cut them in half. Place them on the other half of the baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the pork chops and the potatoes.
In a small bowl, use a fork to mix together the parmesan cheese with the rest of the seasonings.
Sprinkle about 3/4 of the seasoning all over the chops and potatoes and use your hands to toss it all together well.
Sprinkle the additional seasoning over the top of the chops and pat down.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until your pork chops are at least 150 degrees and your potatoes are fork tender.
Serve with a side salad or veggies! (We like corn or corn on the cob.)
