Spicy Mayo (or sushi mayo) has just 6 ingredients - mayo, sriracha, lime juice, chipotle powder, sesame oil and garlic powder!

Ingredients
1cupmayonnaise
1Tbspsriracha
1Tbspfresh lime juice
A pinch of chipotle powder
1/4tspsesame oil
1/4tspgarlic powder
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, add the mayo, sriracha, lime juice, chipotle powder, sesame oil and garlic powder and whisk until well combined.
Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Notes
A couple of tips for this recipe:
You can substitute lemon or orange juice for the lime juice - lime is our favorite, but we have made it with all three.
If you want it spicier, just increase your sriracha and chipotle powder - just add a little at a time though. A little goes a long way, and you can always make it spicier, but it's hard to make it less spicy! :)
If you are not a big sesame oil fan, you can leave it out, however, for us that is the little something that makes all the difference!
You can keep this sauce in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
