Slow Cooker Hawaiian Kalua Pork

Boneless pork roast, liquid smoke and pink Himalayan salt is all you need to make Kalua Pork that will transport you back to a Hawaiian Luau!

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 lb boneless pork roast
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp liquid hickory smoke (or you can use mesquite)
  • 1 Tbsp pink Himalayan salt (fine)

Instructions
 

  • Prick your pork roast all over with a fork.
  • Place it in your slow cooker and pour your hickory smoke evenly all over the top of it.
  • Sprinkle the salt over the top of the roast.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours, then shred with two forks and serve with rice, your favorite sauce and toppings.
