Slow Cooker Hawaiian Kalua Pork
Boneless pork roast, liquid smoke and pink Himalayan salt is all you need to make Kalua Pork that will transport you back to a Hawaiian Luau!

- 4-5 lb boneless pork roast
- 1-1/2 Tbsp liquid hickory smoke (or you can use mesquite)
- 1 Tbsp pink Himalayan salt (fine)
Prick your pork roast all over with a fork.
Place it in your slow cooker and pour your hickory smoke evenly all over the top of it.
Sprinkle the salt over the top of the roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours, then shred with two forks and serve with rice, your favorite sauce and toppings.
